Helen Jacobson uses her drawings of human figures, printing and pasting them on her canvases as images reflecting human feelings and interactions. Her prints are often more abstract recalling land and sea scapes from Cape Cod.
Helen has a Bachelor of Science in Design from the University of Michigan, and has taken art courses at the MFA, Castle Hill, Truro, and PAAM. She works in both her home studio in North Eastham and also in her River Street studio at Waltham Mills. Her work has recently been exhibited at the ODE Gallery show ” The Female Spectrum” and at The Cambridge YWCA Gallery . It was also exhibited in the Provincetown Art Association and Museum(PAAM), Halls/Walls Gallery in Waltham and various other fine arts shows.
